# How do refunds work?

## How long does it take to get a refund and how do I request a refund?

First you have to make a refund request. You can do this [here](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/16GX8-J0-Qn6uqAlmsRbvJQfbv3x).

Refunds normally shouldn't take more than 3 to 8 business days to process depending on the method of payment you have chosen.
